Financial Assistance

Please follow the outlined process if you would like to be considered for financial assistance to attend the UA Summer Music Camp (UA-SMC). Applications will be reviewed by camp administrators, who will distribute support (in the form of discount codes) based on financial need and available funding.

Process

  1. Complete Summer Camp Registration form, including a non-refundable $25 registration fee, to secure your child’s/children’s spot in the camp. Use the code “SMCAssist26” at time of registration.
  2. Complete the Summer Music Camp Financial Assistance form
  3. Financial Assistance forms will be reviewed and assistance amount will be determined by April 30, 2026. Your child’s/children’s spot in the camp will remain secured during this time.
  4. The registrant will be notified of the assistance amount by the SMC Director and provided a payment link to pay the outstanding balance.

Camp support is offered at the following levels, after the non-refundable $25 registration fee:

  • Partial: $295 tuition;
  • Half: $195 tuition;
  • 75%: $95 tuition;
  • Full: $0 tuition ($25 registration fee applies)

Timeline

All applicants will be notified via email by April 30, 2026. Additional requests submitted after this date will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
